H4E Supports Patients and Families at Northwell Health, Cohens Children’s Medical Center

We are thrilled to welcome Northwell Health, Cohens Children’s Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York, as the fourth hospital we are honored to support.

Cohen Children’s Medical Center is home to Long Island’s first pediatric heart transplant program, and its renowned Heart Center provides expert diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate care for children with a full spectrum of heart conditions.

As part of our support, we are providing our beloved teddy bears, signature care bags, and gift cards to bring comfort, encouragement, and a little extra joy to these incredible children and their families.
